March 24 or March 27 – Attend ONE scheduled workshop from 1-2 pm in Baker Center – required for full pitch competitors, optional for fast pitch competitors
March 29 – You will receive confirmation of your status (finalist or honorable mention)
April 3 —Finalists will receive their time slot for the competition
April 4—Submit an electronic copy of your final presentation by 12pm to Megan Weber (firstname.lastname@example.org).This presentation will be queued up in advance to ensure efficient transitions. Please be sure that your presentation materials are PC compatible. You will NOT be able to bring your presentation in any form with you the day of the competition, it must be submitted in advance. Failure to do so will result in disqualification
April 6—2017 Idea Pitch Competition at the Convocation Center!!
PRESENTATIONS: You MUST arrive 5-10 min before your scheduled competition time slot. There will be many presentations the day of the event and to ensure smooth transitions, please arrive early. Any tardiness will decrease your total time to present to the judges
AWARDS: To be presented in a ceremony at 3 pm in the Phillips Auditorium. Please be sure to attend!
